How much do your costumes cost? How do I order?

Our prices range from $100 to over $1500. Please see our PRICE LIST page for more information.

What sizes do you make?

All our costumes are made to order to perfectly fit YOU! Any size is possible.

How do I pay? Do you do payment plans?

A 50% deposit is required on all orders $100 and over to start. Once the costume is completed the remaining amount is due.

This is via bank transfer.

All orders under $100 are payable upfront before any costume is made.

This is to cover the cost of ordering materials in etc as we order on a needs basis. We don't maintain a large stock of materials on hand.

We try to keep things as affordable as possible for our customers whilst maintaining a quality product.

LAYBUY payments are available for any costumes $800 and over. A minimum deposit of 25% must be paid to start and remaining payments spread over a suitable timeline to the client.

The finished costume can be collected once full payment has been made.

Where do you ship? How much?

We ship ANYWHERE!

We use both Australia Post and Fedex Courier to ship our pieces . Prices will be quoted when ordering.

All international orders will be sent regular international post. (approx 5-10 working days)

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately as our costumes are all custom made we DO NOT offer any returns on items for change of mind.

However if any items arrived damaged we are happy to fix them for free.

We do take the best possible care to ensure our costumes are long lasting and resilient to damage, however we understand with the nature of performing that small tears etc may occur. With each purchase we offer ONE complimentary maintenance service* that you can use at any time to fix any damage. After that any maintenance to the costume will be charged as an alterations service.

How long does it take to make a costume?

Smaller items such as sleeves have a 2-4 week turnaround once deposit is made.

Headdress' and wings have a 4-6 week turnaround.

Full costumes have an 8-12 week turnaround.

Group orders will need 12-16 weeks to complete.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering items for a specific date/competition we suggest you order as well in advance as possible in case of any delays such as postage etc.
